SOLUTION:

\left(6^2-24\right)^2\div \left(\frac{x}{y}\right)^{-5}=\left(36-24\right)^2\div \left(\frac{x^{-5}}{y^{-5}}\right)

=\left(12\right)^2\div \left(\frac{\frac{1}{x^5}}{\frac{1}{y^5}}\right)

=144\div \frac{y^5}{x^5}

=\frac{144}{1}\cdot \frac{x^5}{y^5}

=\frac{144x^5}{y^5}
